Cancellation Policy for Weekly Piano Lesson

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure that all students receive the highest quality of service, we have established the following cancellation policy for weekly piano lessons:

Cancellation Notice

All cancellations must be communicated at least 1 week in advance. This notice allows us to offer the lesson slot to another student, ensuring that our schedule remains efficient.

Missed Lessons

If a lesson is missed without 24 hours' notice, the lesson will be considered forfeit, and the full fee will be charged. We encourage students to notify us as soon as possible if they cannot attend a scheduled lesson.

Rescheduling Lessons

Students may reschedule a lesson with at least 1 week notice. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.

Special Circumstances

We recognize that emergencies happen. For unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly, and we will evaluate rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
